Management Objectives

Providing a climate of patient-centered, caring concern for the citizens of the community and sharing this concern with all Group personnel. This care and concern recognizes our common humanity, setting aside any prejudice due to race, color, age, sex, creed, financial status, handicap or disability.


  • Recognizing the contribution of each staff member and the necessity of cooperation and coordination in order to provide the quality of patient-centered care implied in this concept of caring.
  • Communicating with physician(s) regarding practice operations and new developments.
  • Providing appropriate and timely operations reports.
  • Orienting, instructing and educating staff, patients and patients’ family members. This instruction shall be within the level of performance appropriate to their position.
  • Providing for positive staff growth and development, and fostering understanding and relationships within the Group philosophy by inservice meetings and continuing education.
  • Continuing inservice education of the professional and nonprofessional staff members.
  • Evaluating the need for additional staff, equipment and space, acquisition of which shall be based on a statistical report of the size and needs of the patient population served.
  • Providing and controlling the flow of equipment and supplies necessary for service to the patient in all patient care and service settings.
